WHY TRIPLE-G IS IN
A CLASS OF ITS OWN
GLP-3/Triple-G targets three distinct metabolic pathways simultaneously. No other therapy comes close. Physicians responded with spontaneous applause when Phase 3 data was presented.
The Triple-Action Mechanism
GLP-1
Mimics the GLP-1 hormone to reduce hunger, slow gastric emptying, and promote early satiety. The brain stops signaling hunger before the body needs fuel.
GIP
Enhances nutrient processing, improves insulin response, and reduces GI side effects commonly associated with pharmaceutical GLP drugs.
GLUCAGON
Increases resting metabolic rate — enabling the body to burn significantly more calories even at rest. The calorie-burning engine runs 24/7.

"…the world's most powerful weight-loss drug…"

The World's Most Powerful Weight-Loss Drug
You're not supposed to be able to buy Retatrutide — but some people have found a way. And its results are jaw-dropping.
“You’re not supposed to be able to buy the world’s most powerful weight-loss drug, but some people have found a way.” So begins The Atlantic’s exhaustive investigation into Retatrutide — nicknamed GLP-3 — a drug that is rewriting everything we thought we knew about obesity peptides.
As the nickname GLP-3 implies, retatrutide is like a GLP-1 drug — but more, more, more. It is more effective, has more modes of action, and induces more weight loss. It may in fact be the most powerful weight-loss drug ever created.
When early retatrutide data were presented at a medical conference in 2023, a scientist who was there told The Atlantic the usually staid audience burst into spontaneous applause.
Two weeks ago, the first of the highly anticipated Phase 3 clinical-trial results corroborated the jaw-dropping initial numbers: patients lost on average 71 pounds, or 29 percent of their body weight — double what people lose on semaglutide, better known as Ozempic or Wegovy.
As a biologist herself, Elizabeth was comfortable working with needles and reading scientific papers. She modeled her dosing regimen on the clinical-trial protocol. She has lost more than 100 pounds in the past two and a half years — first on older drugs and the last 50 or so on retatrutide.
The frenzy over retatrutide has kicked into even higher gear since the Phase 3 results were announced this month. GLP-1 prescriptions shot up from about 1 million at the start of 2018 to about 9 million in 2022. Retatrutide, researchers believe, could dwarf those numbers.
