Product Sourcing & Quality
All peptide products must be sourced exclusively through Nonprescription Clinical, LLC / Peptide Associates. GMP-certified, ISO 5, third-party verified batches only.
Legal Classification Compliance
All products distributed must maintain their nutraceutical classification. Partners may not make prescription-drug claims. All marketing must align with approved intellectual property.
Patient Enrollment Standards
All patients must complete a body composition scan prior to enrollment. Informed consent forms required. Partners must follow the 20-week protocol scripts as trained during onboarding.
Staff Training & Certification
At minimum one staff member must complete the Certified Wellness Coach course prior to seeing patients. All staff must complete the Peptide Associates onboarding training program before launch.
Marketing & Advertising Standards
Partners must use approved marketing templates and scripts. No unauthorized health claims, before/after photos without consent, or unverified testimonials permitted.
Territory & Distribution Integrity
Partners may not sell outside their designated territory or through any e-commerce channel. Products must be sold exclusively through the licensed partner clinic to end patients only.
